My name is Minerva Borjas Owen (ViTAJi). I am a vocal coach, composer, singer and TV Hostess living in Miami. I started my career at the age of 15 signing my first recording contract with “Hecho a Mano Discos” directed by Ricardo Montaner. The single “Déjame volar contigo” was positioned in the top rankings of the Venezuelan radio stations for 3 years. As singer, I’ve share stage with artists like Chayanne, Sin Banderas, Carlos Baute, Bossa N’ Stones, Alejandro Sanz, Shakira, Karina, Servando y Florentino, Jorge Luis Chacin, among others, traveling all around the World and signing my second recording contract with Universal Music Latin. As a composer, producer and performer I’ve work in several Movies, TV series and TV commercial such as: “Des-Autorizados” from Elia K. Schneider, “Muchacho Solitario” for Hecho a Manos Discos (Triple Platinum Winner Soundtrack), Hogar más Sanito” for The Clorox Company, “Hasta El Final” for Venevision, “Sabrosa Pasion” for High Hills Productions in 32 countries, “Despierta” for PBS in Spanish “Tu Bebe” US Wide, and other successful productions. I host the TV Show: “Tu Bebe” from 2010 to present, also scriptwriting and co-producing with Plural Entertainment and traveling the US to participate in family conferences as panelist. For the last four years, I’ve been vocal coaching at the TV Show The Voice in Spanish “La Voz Kids” at Telemundo and "Pequeños Gigantes" for Univision. I'm one of the Musical Director/Vocal Coach at Area Stage Company Miami. I'm currently teaching vocal techniques and  staging at Iconos Kids New York.
